I was proud to be a member of the group of Powell City Council members who actively pursued an income tax restructuring for the city in 2021, a smart financial decision that allows the council to fix aging infrastructure and meet the needs of the Powell community.

I have personally fostered relationships with the Liberty Township Trustees, other community leaders and residents. I believe the only way forward is to work together for the good of our community. I am always available to meet and discuss our shared desire to support our community.

It's important to ensure all feel welcomed in  Powell. I spearheaded a Resolution Against Racism that also created the Community Diversity Advisory Committee. I will continue to support this committee and other work that seeks to make Powell a more inclusive community.

A priority for myself and the Powell community is having excellent safety services.  I will continue to support our police and fire to make sure our residents receive the safety services they want.

I serve on the city's Development Committee where we focus on modernizing our zoning code and making the process better for our residents and business owners. Smart development and parking will continue to be a priority. 

I will continue to support efforts to create and connect walking and bicycle trails in Powell.
